Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the company’s marketing platform
- Develop the customer journey and performance across online platforms
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders on marketing operations and drive achievement of the business performance metrics
- Plan data insights and drive all marketing plans from content, social, meet business requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in startup, digital agency, online business
- Growth hack experience is a plus
- Knowledge in online marketing i.e. SEO, SEM, GA, Analytics
- Must be analytical, strategic and problem solver
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
