VP of Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the company’s marketing platform
  • Develop the customer journey and performance across online platforms
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders on marketing operations and drive achievement of the business performance metrics
  • Plan data insights and drive all marketing plans from content, social, meet business requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in startup, digital agency, online business
  • Growth hack experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in online marketing i.e. SEO, SEM, GA, Analytics
  • Must be analytical, strategic and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
