Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies with budget plans
- Innovate and develop new channels or programs to drive growth in customers including Search Engine Optimization, field marketing, video/podcast/social, and referral marketing
- Ability to create processes or apply technology and systems that drive results, productivity, and scale
- Conduct analysis on market trends and competitors’ activities and provide business insights for improving marketing assets and identifying business opportunities
- Lead customer-centric thinking and craft programs to meet those target markets
- Be an effective leader and ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance end-to-end customer journeys
Requirements:
- At least 10 years related experience and minimum 5 years management experience
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline
- Experience in B2C digital marketing strategies and digital customer acquisition
- Experience in building brand awareness and recognition
- Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software
- Agile approach to marketing with measurable outcomes, retrospectives and continuous improvement to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives
- Metric driven and the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
