Our Client is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Content Solution Candidate with a solid advertising background and strong knowledge of digital and content strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content solutions and strategies to meet the company’s objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the P&L for the content division, ensuring financial targets and performance metrics are achieved.
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of engaging social media content campaigns across various platforms.
- Lead a team of 25 content professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and cohesion in content initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging content formats, integrating them into strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze data and insights to measure the success of content campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset within the team, encouraging innovative thinking, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in advertising, content creation, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful content strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and audience engagement.
