Responsibilities:
- Identify research opportunities with product managers, designers, content designers, and data analysts
- Generate research roadmaps and gain consensus on the scope and deliverable timelines from stakeholders
- Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects, from planning to reporting
- Communicate research insights effectively to help teams understand user needs
- Collaborate with product and design teams to influence decision-making based on research
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience leading research studies (Seniors also welcome)
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in professional English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
