Our clients are seeking a Skilled Researcher to assist with the development of multinational products entering multiple markets
Responsibilities:
- Take part in Discovery Research through analysis of the Market, Consumer insights, and more
- Coordinate market and consumer insights into the design and digital product process
- Be an integral part of the international design team while providing assistance to juniors
- Conduct Qualitative and Quantitative research to better yield valuable insights
- Strong analytical abilities in understanding human behaviour and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, Master’s, or PhD would be a bonus
- 4-5 years of market-to-consumer insight research experience, UX Research is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills in sharing insights and training with teammates
- Understanding and experience with Qualitative and Quantitative research methods
- Business proficiency in English, and/or Chinese
