Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support the development of the training plan for the implementation of a new system
- Plan training materials and deliver training on-site and online
- Training to promote appropriate use of all possible channels and share best practices
- Develop programs, strategic plans, goals and objectives to ensure consistency and compliance across all offices in the Regional offices
- Work on change management strategy and plans, communications, presentations, reports
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of training experience, instructional design, eLearning development, standup or online training
- Excellent with change management and training experience at a regional level
- Learning management systems, MS Office; Powerpoint, Visio, SharePoint and other learning tools such as Articulate
- Project management and communication skills
- Fluent in English with additional Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese is a plus
- This role can be situated in HK or SG (no working visa is offered)
