Training Consultant (Fortune 500 firm)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support the development of the training plan for the implementation of a new system
  • Plan training materials and deliver training on-site and online
  • Training to promote appropriate use of all possible channels and share best practices
  • Develop programs, strategic plans, goals and objectives to ensure consistency and compliance across all offices in the Regional offices
  • Work on change management strategy and plans, communications, presentations, reports

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of training experience, instructional design, eLearning development, standup or online training
  • Excellent with change management and training experience at a regional level
  • Learning management systems, MS Office; Powerpoint, Visio, SharePoint and other learning tools such as Articulate
  • Project management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English with additional Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese is a plus
  • This role can be situated in HK or SG (no working visa is offered)
