Our client is a Web3 firm developing its social media project and they’re looking for experienced IT executives who’re experienced with Web3 technologies from tech giants to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to develop the blockchain social platform
• Maintain and enhance the performance of the platform
• Keep the company’s tech pipeline align with the latest technology trend
• Building and coaching the IT team
• Comfortable with doing and supporting hands-on development

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of working experience and Java development in the Web3 teams of leading IT, SaaS, Internet, Fintech companies
• Familiar with the Web3 industry, including but not limited to Social-Fi, Game-Fi, and NFT
• 5+ years of team-leading experience
• Strong entrepreneurship and communication skills
• Comfortable with remote work and based in the Asian time zone
• Fluent in English and Chinese
