Team Head of Client Coverage/ Relationship Manager, Commercial Bank

Responsibilities

Reports directly to the management team, this role would be responsible for leading and growing a team of Relationship Managers, achieving new client acquisitions, and driving a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales and/or Commercial Banking
  • Minimum 2 years of team leading/ people management experience
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance Product & Corporate Credit 
  • Demonstrate grit; thrives in a fast pace environment
  • A charismatic leader; ability to motivate and inspire
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
