Talent Acquisition Research Intern (Fintech)

We specialize in serving the Fintech industry i-banks, asset management, insurance, crypto, digital, etc. We offer comprehensive recruitment services to our clients. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Research Intern to join our team to assist with identifying top-notch talent and conduct the ever-changing market research 

Responsibility: 

  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and new sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates and contacts
  • Create and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the Fintech industry
  • Screen resumes assessing candidate qualifications
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and job postings
  • Work closely with clients to explore recruitment opportunities

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
