We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Research Intern to join our team to assist with identifying top-notch talent and conduct the ever-changing market research
Responsibility:
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and new sourcing channels
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates and contacts
- Create and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the Fintech industry
- Screen resumes assessing candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and job postings
- Work closely with clients to explore recruitment opportunities
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
