Our client is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join their international design teams efforts in designing and developing digital products across the world!

Responsibilities:

• Take part in the design process by researching relevant trends and insights for product development
• Liaise with international design, marketing, and other teams in developing digital products
• Translate and provide research insights to team members improving User Experience and Journeys
• Keep up to date with international market insights for developing the optimal User Experience
• Quantitatively and qualitatively assess research strategies and findings providing changes where necessary

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Sociology, Psychology, or Human behavior with studies in Human interaction
• Minimum of 5 Years of UX Research experience within international environments
• Excellent communication skills being able to concisely translate findings/insights
• Extensive experience in research processes aligned to design processes
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin
