This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UX Researchers to join an established design team.
Our client is a leading insurer in Asia, this role would provide regional exposure across APAC and an
opportunity to lead the UX research function.
You will be
- Leading end to end research studies with the appropriate research methods
- Drafting research plans and guides
- Handling the recruiting process, moderating studies, and analysing the findings
- Processing findings and turning them into useful insights and recommendations
- Working closely with the UX Designer, product management and engineering team members
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research via surveying, concept validation, remote
moderated/unmoderated testing, diary studies, A/B tests, etc - Communicating and delivering presentations in a clear and compelling manner
- Continually improving, individually and organizationally
You will need
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in design research experience, UX research, qualitative
and quantitative, in a corporate setting - Bachelor’s in psychology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related
- Experience in Agile design and development
- Experience in key research and usability/ design techniques, experience with the latest research
and measurement techniques in usability and experience design, in digital channels - Human-Centred Design mindset
