Responsibilities:
- Plan the annual product strategy for their eCommerce and other partnerships
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from source to sale
- Ensure that the profitability of each item sold is optimised-delivers the forecasted margin
- Work with the Regional Team (product, marketing/ecommerce/finance) to ensure the product range is reflected in line with global
- Obtain product information that can be used for customer communication and team training
- Provides seasonal planning guidance to Merchandising and Product Management through volume demand and SKU efficiency analysis
- Contribute to the commercial and financial objectives of the business by delivering the annual stock and product availability targets
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, even when faced with tight deadlines
- Demonstrable leadership skills and team player
- Strong understanding of online merchandising and back office management
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills
- CMS, Advanced Tableau, Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with FMCG, Electronics, Skincare, Health products
- Fluent communication in English and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered for Merchandiser Manager
