- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze revenue and expenses for cost-effective campaigns.
- Present reports on revenue and expenses to senior management.
- Manage the marketing and event budget efficiently.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on marketing and event initiatives.
- Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key clients/stakeholders in the industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and event management, with 4+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand reputation.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, building relationships with stakeholders.
- Creative, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the media industry is a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese.
