My client is a stock listed company in Hong Kong and forming its internal legal team, the talents will be reporting to Chief Risk Officer and responsible in handling Capital Markets Trading Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the legal affairs of the Group’s domestic business and Hong Kong capital market projects
• Handle internal legal affairs, legal compliance and management policy
• Handle various transactions and compliance related work of listed companies
• Involve in providing PE and VC investments advice
• Work along with corporate finance team in reviewing Hong Kong Listing Rules

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Laws, Legal Studies or related disciplines
• 3+ years of working experiences on legal affairs
• Communication skill with internal departments
• Independent and team members under tight schedule
• Familiar with China culture and/or international exposure
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• PRC Qualified lawyer is a Plus
• Title will be confirmed upon Candidates’ experiences
