My client is looking for an internal HK qualified lawyer and assists Group Capital Market Centre in compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice in legal aspect to a conglomerate comprising several HK listed companies with main business in China
• Provide support on regulatory compliance
  
• Handle internal and external legal affairs, legal compliance and management policy
• Handle various transactions and compliance-related work of listed companies
• Work along with corporate finance team in reviewing Hong Kong Listing Rules
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Laws, Legal Studies or related disciplines
• 5+ years of working experiences in legal affairs
• Communication skill with internal departments
• Independent and team members under tight schedule
• Fluent in Chinese and English
