Senior Consumer Insights Manager

Our client is a Multinational Insurance firm seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Manager who can drive actions out of consumer insights improving the Consumer experience

Responsibilities:

  • Use Qualitative and Quantitative research methods in gathering consumer insights
  • Assess and improve current research methods providing effective changes where necessary
  • Concisely translate all consumer insights and data into actionable insights in improving products
  • Handle various changing projects aligned with cross-functional teams
  • Observe new market trends and their effect on changing consumer insights for future reference

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 Years of experience in Quantitative and Qualitative research
  • Background in Insurance, Finance, or related fields is an advantage
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
  • Research experience in Customer Experience, Call centers, Product support, and more
  • Design thinking orientated, aligning insights with Human Centered Design
  • Strong Communications skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
