Our client is a leading regional solutions provider and is looking for a Sales Manager to join the Hong Kong team.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in Hong Kong for their hero product – a hospitality property management solution that’s already won the loyalty of some of the most renowned hotel groups.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a sales-driven approach
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of sales/business development experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in solutions sales
- Strong existing client network in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
