Sales Manager – Japan (HNW relations)

Our client is an international property management company seeking an experienced and well-connected sales manager to introduce High-net worth Individuals to the Japanese property market.


  • Source and gather High-net worth Individuals, Investors, and stakeholders
  • Provide a comprehensive and positive real estate service to clientele
  • Analyze and provide market reports on trends and benefits of the Japanese property market
  • Evaluate and implement business strategies aimed at developing business growth
  • Liaise with multinational teams in coordination with Stakeholder interests
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and strategies


  • 3-5 Years of experience as a Sales agent experience in Residential Property
  • Strong investor/stakeholder network base (interested in the Japanese market)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties
  • Passionate about the Japanese property market
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese/Mandarin, and Japanese
