Our client is an international property management company seeking an experienced and well-connected sales manager to introduce High-net worth Individuals to the Japanese property market.
Responsibilities:
- Source and gather High-net worth Individuals, Investors, and stakeholders
- Provide a comprehensive and positive real estate service to clientele
- Analyze and provide market reports on trends and benefits of the Japanese property market
- Evaluate and implement business strategies aimed at developing business growth
- Liaise with multinational teams in coordination with Stakeholder interests
- Identify and drive new business opportunities and strategies
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of experience as a Sales agent experience in Residential Property
- Strong investor/stakeholder network base (interested in the Japanese market)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties
- Passionate about the Japanese property market
- Fluent in English, Cantonese/Mandarin, and Japanese
