A leading household electronic appliance manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and expand their distribution channels for built-in kitchen appliances in the Asian market.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new market and distribution channels in Asian countries.
- Setting and implementing sales strategies to promote the company’s products.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new businesses and collect marketing intelligence to stay ahead in the market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conducting sales meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Making price and margin determination, catalog, and price list for the sales team.
- Collaborating with the sales team of the Group in the EU and other departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing sales data and preparing sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling the built-in kitchen appliances or white goods, with a focus on Asian markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Asia to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events.
