Regional Training Consultant

My client is a Fortune 500 US Listed Insurtech Company, hiring a Training Consultant within their regional team. You are expected to have great exposure to some of the most cutting-edge Insurtech systems and products i.e underwriting, claiming, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging eLearning courses, job aids, and training materials for different stakeholder groups
  • Interview with Product Owners to identify learning objectives and related resource materials, ensuring to align with the Regional Innovative Project Implementation
  • Work closely with Regional Change Management to develop the implementation of the overall Change Management Strategy
  • Connect with the corresponding corporate communications and training professionals to promote the new channels and share the best practice
  • Utilize knowledge in the development of underwriting operations, strategic plans, and goals to ensure compliance among all regional offices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and standup/online training
  • 3+ years of experience using rapid development tools (like Articulate Storyline)
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems and Tools such as MS Publisher, MS Office, SharePoint, video development, and image editing
  • Ability to break down complex processes into clear steps; preferably working in a regional team
  • Excellent communication in spoken and written English
