My client is a Fortune 500 US Listed Insurtech Company, hiring a Training Consultant within their regional team. You are expected to have great exposure to some of the most cutting-edge Insurtech systems and products i.e underwriting, claiming, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging eLearning courses, job aids, and training materials for different stakeholder groups
- Interview with Product Owners to identify learning objectives and related resource materials, ensuring to align with the Regional Innovative Project Implementation
- Work closely with Regional Change Management to develop the implementation of the overall Change Management Strategy
- Connect with the corresponding corporate communications and training professionals to promote the new channels and share the best practice
- Utilize knowledge in the development of underwriting operations, strategic plans, and goals to ensure compliance among all regional offices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and standup/online training
- 3+ years of experience using rapid development tools (like Articulate Storyline)
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems and Tools such as MS Publisher, MS Office, SharePoint, video development, and image editing
- Ability to break down complex processes into clear steps; preferably working in a regional team
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English
