Responsibilities
- Spearhead local initiatives and actively seek strategic marketing and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing institutional and individual clients in the region, drive successful integrations with our product suite and impact to the overall business
- Identify opportunities to shape and improve the reach of our product quite locally, share best practices with the global team, enhance local partner engagement and drive value creation
- Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, compliance, to ensure the smooth local operation and coordinate success metrics
- Facilitate prospect and client demo calls and distil client feedback to internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, technology or management consulting. Experience in sales/business development /client relationship management within the crypto or traditional financial service industry is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, problem solver
- Analytical, time management and organizational skills
- Creative, resourceful and persistent to drive towards outcomes while navigating a dynamic environment
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization
- Demonstrated interest for digital assets and familiarity with crypto markets preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred
