Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment has changed in the last couple of years and we have entered a new era in how to recruit smartly. This role will both require and develop personal EQ, self-awareness, strong problem solver and much more. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Sourcing top calibre industry professionals
  • Develop new business relationships with clients by mapping the market and using effective sales techniques
  • Use different methods to source candidates, such as the company database, job boards and proactive head-hunting
  • You will work to achieve your own personal KPI’s/targets and work as part of a team to reach company targets
  • You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within your market through consultative communication and networking 

Requirements:

  • University Degree and/or relevant experience
  • Hard-working individual, fast-paced, attention-to-detail, self-motivated, ambitious and goal-orientated, with a passion for joining a career in Digital Technology Recruitment
  • Work well in a supportive-friendly environment
  • Effective sales strategy and ability to advance plans
  • Ability to listen, learn and apply new ideas quickly
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbally/writing), Cantonese and Mandarin
