Responsibilities:
- Sourcing top calibre industry professionals
- Develop new business relationships with clients by mapping the market and using effective sales techniques
- Use different methods to source candidates, such as the company database, job boards and proactive head-hunting
- You will work to achieve your own personal KPI’s/targets and work as part of a team to reach company targets
- You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within your market through consultative communication and networking
Requirements:
- University Degree and/or relevant experience
- Hard-working individual, fast-paced, attention-to-detail, self-motivated, ambitious and goal-orientated, with a passion for joining a career in Digital Technology Recruitment
- Work well in a supportive-friendly environment
- Effective sales strategy and ability to advance plans
- Ability to listen, learn and apply new ideas quickly
- Strong communication skills in English (verbally/writing), Cantonese and Mandarin
