Our client is a trading capital firm looking for a receptionist to help maintain public relations and to organise various operational tasks for the team.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive.
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients.
- Maintain calendars for the office and your co-workers.
- File important documents and keep them well organized.
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Less than 7 years of experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and optional Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skills
