RECEPTIONIST (FINTECH)

Our client is a trading capital firm with a stylish Fintech office set up in a prime location and now looking for a receptionist to greet guests in a professional manner with Office Admin support functions:

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive
  • Arrange meeting room schedule
  • Maintain calendars for the office and your co-workers
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Fluent in English, optional Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service sense
  • Good communication skills
