Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Arrange meeting room schedule
- Maintain calendars for the office and your co-workers
- Assist in organizing company events
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience
- Fluent in English, optional Chinese
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service sense
- Good communication skills
