Our client is looking for a strong candidate with an understanding of Real Estate analysis and Investment to join their Asia Asset Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop financial models to evaluate direct or JV real estate investments
• Supporting the team to dive into APAC market to support investment evaluations, asset management and formulation of investment strategy
• Work closely with team leaders, stakeholders, portfolio managers and external partners in preparing investment proposals
• Supporting evaluation, due diligence and execution of both direct and JV RE investments
• Analyse various forms of deal structures and conduct quantitative research

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• 4 years’ experience in Real Estate or Investment Banks, ideally with investment, asset management or buy-side experience is a plus
• Exposure with APAC regions in RE investment
• Must be responsible, attention-to-details, flexible and a good team player
• Excellent in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication in English and Cantonese
• Less experience may be considered
