Responsibilities

• Product Design, product feature development, and pipeline planning
• Analyze business needs and convert them into requirements
• Work closely with the R&D in requirement gathering, system architecture design, iteration plan arrangement
• Generate creative solutions to improve business and system efficiency

Requirements

• Experienced in Product Roadmap Development & Product Strategy Creation in FinTech
• Experienced in complex business structure involved in various stakeholders
• Adaptable; excellent ability in quickly understanding the interaction of functions & systems involved in any given cross-department business scenario
• Have a sharp-mind in details & priority
• Thrives and can make sound decision in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about industry disrupting FinTech product
• Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) language ability a must
• Experience in blockchain or traditional financial exchanges is preferred
