Responsibilities:
- Perform and set up a wide range of daily office operations and administrative services
- Assist in recruitment-related tasks such as background checks, visa applications, contract preparation
- Organize staff events such as fintech seminars, team bonding, annual dinner, etc
- Initiate ideas to enhance operational efficiency to create a pleasant working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of related working experience in Office Management, Administration, and HR services
- Being open-minded to accept challenges and excellent in interpersonal communication to collaborate with different functional units
- An independent problem solver with a creative, multi-tasking mindset
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English
