Marketing Solutions Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced talent with an understanding of selling SaaS and other solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises


  • Hold responsibility for growing, developing, and managing the sales and marketing teams
  • Drive the sales and marketing teams in sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and more
  • Identify new potential opportunities to further sell SaaS solutions to various SMEs
  • Retain long-term relationships while evaluating market trends in developing new sales strategies
  • Report on sales and marketing efforts while listing out areas to improve strategy


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading sales and marketing teams and initiatives
  • Extensive experience with Sales and Marketing strategies around SaaS products
  • Strong communication and training skills in developing junior members
  • Innovative and creative mindset in developing and targeting strategies
  • Fluent English, and Chinese proficiency (Mandarin or Cantonese)
