Our client is seeking an experienced talent with an understanding of selling SaaS and other solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises
Responsibilities:
- Hold responsibility for growing, developing, and managing the sales and marketing teams
- Drive the sales and marketing teams in sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and more
- Identify new potential opportunities to further sell SaaS solutions to various SMEs
- Retain long-term relationships while evaluating market trends in developing new sales strategies
- Report on sales and marketing efforts while listing out areas to improve strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading sales and marketing teams and initiatives
- Extensive experience with Sales and Marketing strategies around SaaS products
- Strong communication and training skills in developing junior members
- Innovative and creative mindset in developing and targeting strategies
- Fluent English, and Chinese proficiency (Mandarin or Cantonese)
