Marketing Manager (Crypto)

Our client is looking for a Hong Kong-based, experienced manager to develop and grow their exchange businesses in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the user base, transaction volume and revenue sources of the exchange
  • Analyze market trends and demand to build a strong marketing and user acquisition strategy (both retail and institutional clients)
  • Source, structure, negotiate and execute promotional campaigns and key partnerships for the business
  • Manage and grow the marketing capacity to cover business development, marketing strategy, and partnership management
  • Produce periodic management reports in relation to marketing and user acquisition KPI
  • Identify product gaps and produce competitor analyses; propose strategies to close the gaps and improve our competency

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or above) from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing and business development experiences
  • Work experience related to cryptocurrency and blockchain is a must, ideally gained from digital token exchange or brokerage
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
  • Excellent people skills with an outgoing personality and ability to work with a dynamic leadership team
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; Language ability in Korean / Japanese is a plus
