• Achieving business’ desired outcomes while accounting for market trends
• Oversee the business’s overall performance

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in leading fast-growing consumer businesses, preferably in the mobile, beauty, or consumer AI industries
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with prior experience managing and expanding teams in a high-growth environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights
• Familiarity with AI technology is considered a plus
• Ability to excel in a startup environment, work autonomously, and adopt a proactive approach
