Our client is an international law firm and they are looking for experienced Lead System Analyst/ IT Support to join their team. Exciting opportunity to lead a boutique team across APAC locations while having a wide stage of individual contributions!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company’s tech infrastructure meets the standard of the operation need
- Provide second-level support and follow up to user system hardware/software, printers, application support and networking issues
- Identify trends for common problems and work with the IT Team to resolve the issues.
- Provide remote technical support
- Follow Global policies and direction
- Other ad-hoc IT tasks as requested
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of IT support experience in a professional service environment
- Law firm experience is a big plus
- Comfortable doing individual tasks and leading a boutique team with members from different locations
- Understanding of ITIL v2 or v3 is preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese
