Our client is a Multinational firm seeking an experienced Office Administrator to assist with operations across a global front.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all levels of Office Administration aimed at improving workplace efficiency
- Liaise across business units ensuring that all duties are handled and relations are well kept
- Introduce and enforce office policies for operational efficiency and workplace safety
- Handle budget reviews across departments with solutions in improving budget outcomes
- Host staff events and activities in promoting employee engagement and inclusivity
Requirements:
- Substantial office administration experiences across Financial to Technology fields
- Extensive and equal communication skills across all levels of business
- Strong global orientated thought process with innovative and effective solution skills
- Team player and motivator across problem-solving, working dynamics, projects, and more
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
