Lead Office Administrator

Our client is a Multinational firm seeking an experienced Office Administrator to assist with operations across a global front.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all levels of Office Administration aimed at improving workplace efficiency
  • Liaise across business units ensuring that all duties are handled and relations are well kept
  • Introduce and enforce office policies for operational efficiency and workplace safety
  • Handle budget reviews across departments with solutions in improving budget outcomes
  • Host staff events and activities in promoting employee engagement and inclusivity

Requirements:

  • Substantial office administration experiences across Financial to Technology fields
  • Extensive and equal communication skills across all levels of business
  • Strong global orientated thought process with innovative and effective solution skills
  • Team player and motivator across problem-solving, working dynamics, projects, and more
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
