My client is a UK Leading Law Firm. Due to the regional expansion, they are seeking a Lead IT System Analyst to join the team. The Systems Analyst (SA) team is comprised of a globally-distributed group of Systems Analysts specializing in escalating work from the Helpdesk, Infrastructure, and Applications.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the firm’s technology systems meet the service standards in terms of performance and availability across APAC and Global region
- Handle triage technology issues, configuration, or security; resolve them effectively while escalating more complex issues
- Work with the IT Team to identify trends of common issues and deliver solutions accordingly
- Assist and maintain user with the application; improves the queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT-related field with 5+ years experience in System/ Desktop Support/ IT Admin
- Experience in 2nd & 3rd line Support
- Experience in working with Global/Region Team
- Knowledgeable in Virtual Desktop Environment/Citrix Director, MS Office, Outlook, Remote Access System, and hardware
- Understanding of Network Fundamentals, IT infrastructure, ITIL, and Security
- Good to have Legal Application experience (iManage/FilsSite, Bighand, Elite 3e) is a plus
- Equipped with strong logical thinking and a great work ethic
