IT Support Lead (L2)/ Analyst (L1) – International Professional Service; multiple openings

Our clients are top-ranked professional service firms and looking for talents to join their IT support desk. There’re multiple openings so both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are very welcome!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company’s tech infrastructure meets the standard of the operation need
  • Provide first-level (Analyst role) or second-level support (Lead role) and follow up to user system hardware/software, printers, application support and networking issues
  • Identify trends for common problems and work with the IT Team to resolve the issues
  • Provide remote technical support
  • Follow Global policies and direction
  • Other ad-hoc IT tasks as requested

Requirements:
L1:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Working experience in a professional service firm or large international company is an advantage
  • Comfortable with taking overnight shifts occasionally for the support desk’s rotation
  • IANG candidates are welcome
  • Fluent in English and Chinese

L2:

  • 3-5+ years of IT support experience in a professional service environment or international companies
  • Comfortable doing individual tasks and leading a boutique team with members from different locations
  • Understanding of ITIL v2 or v3 is preferred
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
