Human Resources Specialist

Our client is an International FinTech Firm seeking an experienced Human Resources expert to assist with the management of employees within the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the recruitment process for new employees joining the company
  • Set up 360 performance review procedures with improvement plans for employees
  • Strong and constructive employee engagement practices to drive positive environments
  • Introduce boundaries and guidelines to ensure that Workplace safety is continued
  • Handle various tasks from Record keeping, Payrolls, Operations, and many more

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (In Human Resource Management is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience within Human Resource environments
  • Experience in Recruitment Processes, Performance reviews, and Employee Engagement
  • Understanding of Payrolls, HRIS, eNPS, Company Policies, and various Human Resource tasks
  • Proficiency in English (Korean and Chinese is a plus)
