Our client is an International FinTech Firm seeking an experienced Human Resources expert to assist with the management of employees within the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the recruitment process for new employees joining the company
- Set up 360 performance review procedures with improvement plans for employees
- Strong and constructive employee engagement practices to drive positive environments
- Introduce boundaries and guidelines to ensure that Workplace safety is continued
- Handle various tasks from Record keeping, Payrolls, Operations, and many more
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (In Human Resource Management is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience within Human Resource environments
- Experience in Recruitment Processes, Performance reviews, and Employee Engagement
- Understanding of Payrolls, HRIS, eNPS, Company Policies, and various Human Resource tasks
- Proficiency in English (Korean and Chinese is a plus)
