Our client is a crypto proprietary trading firm, and they’re looking for London-based HR talents to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide well-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to recruiting, manpower planning, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits
• Support the full employee lifecycle from hiring, and onboarding to offboarding
• Maintain employee relations and employer branding
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies
• Ad-hoc support for the business need

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of HR experience in financial institutions and/or crypto firms
• Familiar with UK employment regulations
• British Citizen or obtain a valid visa to work (e.g. BNO visa)
• Comfortable working in a boutique team with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and good at communicating with teammates from different cultures and locations
• Fluent in English. Conversational Cantonese is an advantage
