Responsibilities:
- Deliver initiatives across the HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
- Drive and support global HR projects to support Client to scale robustly
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Support and administer compensations and benefits programs, including insurance, payroll, bonus, pension and leave
- Increase our brand awareness on university campuses and build relationships with student organisations and career centres
- Ensure all policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and in compliance with employment legislation
- Advice and support managers on all employee relations cases and ensure all are managed confidentially in a fair manner
Requirements:
- You have 5 years of experience as an HR generalist with experience as a standalone HR would be ideal
- You have an expert understanding of UK employment legislation with solid experience in HR policies and procedures
- You have experience in driving HR projects from proposal to delivery
- You have the ability to coach, influence and challenge managers thinking to ensure the correct process is followed
- You have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
