Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner for the business in thinking through issues related to office growth, maintaining company culture, technology and enriching the overall employee experience
- Partner with all business leaders to build the human capital to enable the ambitious business growth
- Collaborate with other HR functions including but limited to employee branding, culture integration, workforce planning, organisation design, and talent acquisition
- Working in a matrix format
- Lead and implement organisation development
- Strategically support business leaders on recruitment, hiring strategies, including global mobility
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience ideally with fintech/technology exposure
- Possess a high degree of maturity, professionalism, good judgment, and strong team player mentality
- Have the flexibility and open-mindedness to learn and be comfortable with both managing and doing the work yourself
- High level of integrity and trustworthy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read and write in Chinese and English
- Worked in a large scale organisation
- Solid HR knowledge with coverage of people development, culture, rewards, performance
