Head of Performance Marketing

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital financial institution, a chance to drive business performance and digital marketing through innovative and strategic plans.

You will be:

  • Driving the strategic marketing direction from 360 marketing plan, from content, social, CRM to digital.
  • Oversee the marketing operations and driving business performance metrics.
  • Evaluating how the products perform by providing insights into the product and management teams.
  • Working closely with the product and sales team.

You will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within marketing, ideally from a start-up, or technology company. With 5 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Experience in growth hacking would be a plus.
  • Proven track record in leading quick growth through fact-based growth strategy.
  • Innovative and with strong business. entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
