You will be:
- Driving the strategic marketing direction from 360 marketing plan, from content, social, CRM to digital.
- Oversee the marketing operations and driving business performance metrics.
- Evaluating how the products perform by providing insights into the product and management teams.
- Working closely with the product and sales team.
You will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience within marketing, ideally from a start-up, or technology company. With 5 years of experience in leading a team.
- Experience in growth hacking would be a plus.
- Proven track record in leading quick growth through fact-based growth strategy.
- Innovative and with strong business. entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
