My client is seeking this talent to provide legal advice to internal management and business partners within firms’ operations:
Responsibilities
- Support and review Hong Kong and London offices teams on legal and compliance review
- Identify and analyse any commercial opportunities in negotiation about legal subjects
- Maintain regulatory relationships
- Review internal and external compliance-related policies and processes with risk assessment analysis
- Participate in driving employee training sessions on various legal and compliance matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in legal or any related major
- 5+ Legal-related working experience in Hong Kong and/or the UK
- Familiar with Hong Kong company law, labour law and tax law
- Understanding related UK regulations is a plus
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills
- Fluency English
