My client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Perosnel, directly reporting to co-founders due to internal expansion needs with strategic direction execution
Responsibilities:
- Learn, understand and deploy the product infrastructure of the company: deployments of all the products and tool
- Handle full spectrum of HR services in recruitment, staff engagement, succession planning, talent management, employer branding, organization culture
- Redefine HR strategies in recruitment, on & offboarding, benefits, performance management, training opportunities
- Improve employee engagement continuously and retain key talents
- Maintain compliance to HR-related regulations in engaging external vendors, providing training, reviewing staff policy regularly
- Act with integrity, transparency, and confidentiality while providing ad hoc support in all aspects
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
- 10+ experiences in Human Resources (ideally in Fintech/ Financial Corporation)
- Strong communication skills
- Understand and have experience in technology positions hiring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
