Responsibilities:

• Develop the data solution regional strategy in Asia and manage the pipeline
• Identify key strategic questions and user requirements when developing the data solutions
• Promote the company’s data and analytics competitiveness in the market
• Support the business conversation with clients
• Act as the contact in Asia for data and analytics matters

Requirements:

• 10+ experience in digital and/or data analytics business including 5+ in a team-leading role, preferably in the Asian insurance sector (reinsurance included)
• Proven record of successful data solutions implementation
• Knowledgeable in one or more of Python, R, SQL and Spark
• Understand data protection-related regulations in major APAC locations
• Able to solve complex problems with strong communication skills and creative ideas under a tight schedule
• Comfortable working in international culture and open to travel upon request
• Fluent in English is a must. Fluency in Chinese and/or other Asian languages is a plus
