Head of B2B Business

Our client is a multinational Fast-growing company within the beauty industry seeking talent to drive Business partnerships across the space.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s B2B business strategy for growth and execution
  • Liaise with senior management on business goals and strategic initiatives
  • Forge partnerships and secure high-value business contracts
  • Identify key areas of interest to further develop the business’s strategic partnerships
  • Leveraging the organization’s technology for content creation through partnerships
  • Develop operational processes, recruit and manage a team, and expand the B2B strategy

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or partnership positions
  • Relevant experience in media agencies or similar roles related to media creation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights
  • Familiarity with AI technology is considered a plus
  • Thrive in a startup environment, work autonomously, and have a proactive approach
