Our client is an E-commerce Accelerator seeking a Global Recruitment Manager to assist with the hiring of international talents in E-commerce
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level candidates for In-house roles across regions assigned
- Ensure that talents are properly managed in the recruitment process in a timely manner
- Supervise recruiting operations from screening, interviews, Job posting, and many more
- Keep up to date with Information Technology occupations and trends within the market
- Coordinate Human Resource activities from; contracts, providence funds, and hiring tracker
- Incorporate employment standards across all processes of Human Resource Management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within Information Technology Recruitment
- Strong understanding and experience in seeking out candidates across multiple fields
- Able to handle stakeholder expectations and recruitment processes within time constraints
- Exposure to international employment would be a plus
- Working level of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
