Our client is a Web3 firm and they’re looking for London-based Finance and Accounting talents who have both crypto and team-leading experience to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Build financial & accounting systems. Develop the monthly/ quarterly/ annual management report and month/period-end closing
• Review and analyze the financial performance. Provide insights and forecast for the company’s operation
• Enhance the internal control and corporate governance framework
• Manage the company’s cash flow including crypto transactions
• Coaching and leading junior teammates
• Ad-hoc support upon the business need

Requirements:

• 5+ years of finance & accounting experience in well-known crypto firms
• Team-leading and regional market experience preferred
• CPA qualification is a plus
• Comfortable with hybrid/ remote work
• Based in London
• Fluent in English is a must. Fluency in Chinese is a plus
