My client is a leading Venture Capital firm that mainly focuses on Investment, Funding in Equity, FX, Cryptocurrency to join their teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank, cryptocurrencies wallet & credit card accounts
- Oversee compliance with latest accounting standards
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes and deliverables, as well as the reporting and analysis between actuals and budget
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
- 3+ years’ relevant working experience in Finance and Compliance in the Financial Services industry
- Big 4 company and Listed company experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multi-tasking, work under tight schedules
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience would consider as Assistant Finance and Compliance Manager
