This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architect to join a growing Chinese property developer. An opportunity to be leading many exciting project opportunities in the pipeline, including museums, theatres and more.

You will be:

• Leading the design for various architecture designs
• Managing the bidding process, organising the preparation of the design plans, expansion designs, constriction designs, and review of designs
• Coordinating the work of the design team in terms of design quality and timeline
• Working closely with the engineering department to manage technical requirements and costs

You will need:

• With over 10 years of experience as a registered Architect
• Experience in managing large-scale projects, including museums, and theatre designs
• Great innovative and creative mindset and leadership skill
• Have overseas exposure, in education or work experience
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
