The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, strategy planning, and data analysis within the luxury brand sector. Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns for luxury brands and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to develop effective marketing strategies and plans tailored for luxury brands.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges in the luxury sector.
- Utilise various data sources, including CRM data, website analytics, social media metrics, and consumer insights, to create comprehensive reports and dashboards for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention, to optimize marketing efforts.
- Assist in developing marketing budgets and forecasting models based on data analysis and market insights.
- Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices related to marketing in the luxury brand sector.
- Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance the brand presence and drive growth for luxury clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing performance analysis, strategy planning, and data analysis, preferably within the luxury brand industry.
- Experience in working with luxury brands or premium consumer goods is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
