My client is seeking for this talent to develop and drive its Regional roadmap to develop and implement seamless, leading omnichannel experiences online
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop Omni-channel initiatives, new feature sets and customer experiences
- Architect and design the latest technology to identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation
- Leverage data analytics, customer feedback with existing experiences to identify opportunities to maximize customer value
- Develop digital customer journey portfolio and overcome obstacles to complete projects and deliver results
- Work along with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams: Digital business owners, Customer Experience, Marketing, Creative, Technology, Operations and external vendors
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience preferred in product management/ e-commerce role
- Strong project management, partnershi
p and collaboration skills - Experience working across all digital platforms (website, mobile applications, digital portals) in Agile Sprint
- APAC Regional Project Management experiences is a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
