Digital Account Manager

Our client is an International agency that focuses on a wide range of Luxury, Retail, and other sectors and is seeking an experienced manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Digital Media Planning, Pitch proposals, and execution for clients
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with existing and potentially new clients
  • Handle digital marketing analytics providing monthly reports on digital performance
  • Suggest strategic initiatives and plans to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with international teams on projects across APAC and other markets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Media Planning, Pitching, and Digital Marketing experiences
  • Background in Luxury, Retail, or reputable clients within similar space
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Experience in Google Analytics, CRM, and other Digital Marketing Metrics
  • Strong presentation and Communication skills with both peers and clients
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
